GROUP TRAINING. I have commenced Small GROUP Training. Martial Journey have offered me the use of their facility located at 5 Wallace Ave Point Cook to run group PT on their behalf. Dates and Times are Monday & Wednesday nights 6:15pm - 7pm & Saturday mornings 7.30 - 8am. During these times I will be running Boxercise, circuits, pump, mini boot camp, beep test, fitness test, bodyweight, abs'n'legs exercise- style training. Come along and join my group of like minded people interested in getting fitter. No need to book. Just come along
